Shipping policy

The following shipping methods are available, Pickup (2–5 business days), Standard Ground (3–7 business days), Expedited Parcel (1-7 business days) or Priority (1-3 business days). Business days do not include weekends and there is no weekend delivery for either shipping method. Some items cannot be shipped using Expedite due to size, weight, hazardous materials and delivery address. These items will only have Standard Ground available. Please note that orders could arrive in multiple packages.

Once processed, a tracking number will be assigned to each order and emailed for easy tracking.

 

Pickup:
We offer pickup for orders from our clinic. Approximate wait time is 2 – 5 business days, as you will get notified when your order is ready for pickup.

 

Standard Ground:
Shipped orders should arrive in 3 – 7 business days depending on delivery location.

Expedited Parcel:
Shipped orders should arrive in 1 – 7 business days depending on delivery location. Expedited orders will be processed on the same day if they are placed by 11:00 am CT on a business day. Orders placed after 11:00 am CT will be processed on the following business day. All orders must have a valid street address (no PO Boxes). Not all items are eligible for Expedited delivery.

Priority:
Shipped orders should arrive in 1 – 3 business days depending on delivery location. Priority orders will be processed on the same day if they are placed by 11:00 am CT on a business day. Orders placed after 11:00 am CT will be processed on the following business day. All orders must have a valid street address (no PO Boxes). Not all items are eligible for Priority delivery.

Note: Some items do not qualify for free shipping (These items are labelled)

United States:
Shipping to the USA is currently suspended until further notice.

International:
We do not offer international shipping outside of North America.
